Our one-on-one bridal appointments are in such high demand we have to maintain a strict cancellation policy. In order to give you the full attention of our experienced consultants, a one-on-one appointment is necessary. By providing your credit card information you agree to our one-on-one bridal appointment cancellation policy. We do not charge the card unless you fail to show up or if you fail to cancel before 24 hours of your appointment date and time. A fee of $50 dollars will be charged if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time or for simply not showing up.
