Secure your bridal appointment

Special orders are NOT made to a customer’s measurements and alterations are normally required. Consultants SUGGEST sizes based upon the manufacturer size charts and measurements provided. The size chosen is your (the customer) decision. We strongly suggest customers have their measurements taken by a professional. The customer will assume full responsibility for sizing when measurements are not taken at our store, or have changed from the original measurements done professionally in the store. Additional charges may apply for rush cut, women’s sizes, and extra length and these fee’s vary by designer.

Any changes made (size, color, style, etc.) must have written confirmation to Mira Bridal Couture within 24 hours. Any requests for changes after the 24 hour approval time frame will results in a $30 change fee. We cannot be held responsible for dye lot variations or manufacturer delays beyond our control. Ship dates are an approximation and are not guaranteed by the manufacturer. Special order merchandise must be paid in full within 15 days of arrival. A $15.00 storage fee will be applied to any orders not paid in full or picked up by the 16th day. We notify the BRIDE and it is the bride’s responsibility to notify her bridesmaids. All merchandise must be claimed within 90 days of arrival. Out of state customers are exempt from CA state tax if we ship their merchandise to them, but must pay California sales tax if a shipped item is brought back to the store for any reason. The out of State shipping fee is $30. All merchandise must be paid in full before shipping. Final payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, or Cash. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS FINAL PAYMENT. Mira Bridal Couture must have a signature for all credit card transactions. A fee will be assessed on any returned checks. Merchandise left unclaimed after 30 days of the scheduled wear date shall again become the property of Mira Bridal Couture and all monies paid shall be forfeited. Clients assumes responsibility of merchandise once it leave the store. Payments are refundable only within 24 hours with a fee of $30. Any cancellation after 24 hours will result in forfeiture of entire payment. Payments cannot be transferred to any other purchases. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
